1. Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued as store credit or exchange; only cash refunds.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Used, damaged, or opened items.
  • Clearance or sale items.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
  • We will replace the item or offer store credit.
