1. Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

2. Refunds
- Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds are issued as store credit or exchange; only cash refunds.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or customized products.
- Used, damaged, or opened items.
- Clearance or sale items.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- We will replace the item or offer store credit.
